Welcome! I'm Zafreen - start-up professional by day and salary negotiation strategist by, well, all other times. I live in Chicago with my husband, daughter and pup and in my free time I love catching sunshine, going on long runs through the city, and helping women level up their pay.

I put my whole self into a previous job (my first mistake) with my eyes on a single carrot dangling in front of me - a 30%+ raise at my promotion.

When I was promoted and only offered a 13% bump, I was crushed. I took a step back, strategized, prepared, and negotiated a 33% increase in place of the 13%.

By empowering early to mid-career women to negotiate the salary they deserve, have a right to, and need in order to build wealth for themselves and generations to come.

My approach is grounded in the core strategies I've learned from salary negotiations over the years -- including in-depth salary research and thoughtful scripting.

I present to groups on industry-specific best practices for salary negotiation. I also provide 1-on-1 coaching services on a

case-by-case-basis.
